TransFlash (microSD) in miniSD slot?

I have been looking for an adapter for using TransFlash (microSD) card in miniSD memory card slot. But have yet to find one. Any one know of such an adapter?

Found one on an eBay search for "transflash mini". It's on eBay, so you know it's also at reputable stores /somewhere/. Good luck: at least there's hope of finding one.
