There is a "MENU OK" button right smack in the middle of the direction pad.

Click MENU OK go to TOOLS then MASS STORAGE and CONNECT TO PC it downloaded everything from the phone to my comp- the stupid Sprint store couldn't help me, they said to go buy the software at Radio Shack.

so how do I download video clips from mass storage to p.c. It takes pics but wont take videos

Please be more specific on why you can't download the video clips using the instruction provided in the article. The video files are the 3g2 files. You should be able to transfer them the same way you transfer the photos to your computer.

it is a samsung m500 we cant get it to download any videos is there something different u have to do for videos we r going to mass storage then to connect p.c. only pics download
