Micro SD card password in Nokia mobile phone

My Nokia 6233 broke so I was sent a replacement handset. When I put the memory card in the phone (same model) and try to access it, it says to enter a password. I never set a password for the memory card. Orange network provider cannot help and neither can Nokia - is there anyway to find out this mysterious password ot unlock it? Or is there any software that can access the photos etc that I could buy?

It should be the last 4 digits of your phone number

It didn't work. Why is this happening? Is it because of the card is corrupted?

I know how to fo it ;) had the same problem with one of mine on n93i. First i tried the reformat button in the n93i - that didn't work. Then i tried it in another phone (n73). So i reformated it in the n73 and it worked. After that it never asked for password. You can probally do this in any mobile except the one that set the password perhaps?

Hi.i know how to do it.it happendt me in nokia 6120c.when i restor my phone in to orginal setting it ask memory card password.but i did't put any password.then i connect the phone via PC suit and enter last six digit of my mobile number.then its become unlock.

Si put a comment about 6120c password reset.i mention that i type last six digit of my mobile number its wrong.it should be last 7 Digit.try it its working.

have a 5310 with 4gb scandisk micro sd card an it is asking for password i dont know if i set one or not is there a way to by pass this as for got alot of important info on card

When i entered a password for my SD card. moments after i can't access information on the sd card because i am not seeing the sd card memory showing on the phone? how do i alleviate this problem.

i have 3 micro sd cards.... but the problem is that i forget the password of the cards of all the three... how should i get the pass word plz help me out....n i dont remember what latter or number i have put
