can't download photos or videos from Samsung A940

I have the samsung a940 and for some reason I can't seem to download the pictures or videos to my computer. I don't know if it's my computer or not...it says something about not having the necessary software. IF anyone can help plz let me know...thank you...

Can't do it with usb plug but you can use your transflash card to get videos and pics out and in.

So what's the vehicle to plug a transflash card into a laptop? Do I need to doc the card into something else to plug into a USB port?

your TronsFlash card should have been bundled with a SD Card adapter. with the TransFlash in the adapter, you can plug it into any SD Card slot in a memory card reader or a notebook computer.
