Pinout on the RM-CB1 remote connector?

I would like to know the pin arrangement on the RM-CB1 shutter release cable for the E3, E1, E10, E20, E20N, E100RS, and I believe the C2500L cameras. The connector has a groove, like a keyway, that orients the pins to the correct holes. I just need to know which pins are for which function. There are three pins, ground, full-press, and half-press. One pin is directly opposite the groove, one is to the left and the other is to the right. Which is which? When you reply, it would be helpful if you specify if you are talking about the pins or the holes when you say the one on the right or the left. Thanks.
