I too have cyberpix s-550v,but i don'thave the software to start as pc cmode ,I had lost the CD rom when i shifted house.Can anyone advise where i can dwld the software?

i bought the mercury s445v off my friend and he gav me the mercury s550v cd install disc is it the same thing plus i need the driver for thisd camera so i can get it up and running because my cd-rom is fried thank you very much CKC

I have the same camera I was running ME and that camera does not work with ME Now that I have XP no problems. You really don't have to use the software you received with that camera. XP recognizes it. After a year I can use my camera.

i followed the link for the mercury S550V camera and downloaded the zip file. Inside is drivers for the S450V. Have run the setup but stil cannot access the camera memory or pictures within. what could be the snag, or the drivers enclosed in the zip files are not upgraded to deal with the S550V camera.

Please assist. Thanks.

I never got my Cyberpix S-550V to work. The driver supplied didn't list your camera for installation. I gave up a while back but would like to bring it to life. I do have a Cyberpix file of about 1.3 meg left from my attempts on desktop. Please advise.

I just tried it plug it in at first it won't recognize it then it will give you programs to select from to use it.
