can't turn on Mercury CyberPix S-930X

i have some problem with cyberpix s-930x model i can't turn it on and nothing else i have have that error since i try it to install driver during that camera was connected on computer. an from that day don't work very well if u know something about this pls help me

Dear rusmir,

it could be an electronic reason, too. My S-930X did not turn on either. After disassembling it I found out the following: there is a small electronic board on top (fixed with 2 screws), where the power button and the shutter button are located. This small board is connected to the vertical main board by a 2x5-pin subminiature connector. The male part of this connector on the above mentioned small board had seemingly developped cracks at the soldering (maybe by continued mechanical stress). After resoldering this with a fine soldering iron the camera worked well again.
