micro digital camera 24282

My grand daughter recieved this camera model item # 24282 for Christmas. We can not install it. every time we do it says folder is empty. The cd has no driver to it. How is she suppose to get it to work. We went to driver web site there is no driver listed for this camera. Is there any place she can find it on your site to download it ? If not then how is she suppose to use it ?

I have this same problem...camera model #24280-M. I installed the driver from the cd that came with the camera but when I plug it in to download, my computer still can't recognize it. What am I supposed to do?

I have also purchased this camera. I have found the driver at sakar.com, but the led, (red green thing) just refuses to light up. But all errors I had before of the camera not being recognises have been resolved, I think.
PS: I did just get the camera a few hours ago, so maybe it's still charching..?

My daughter has the micro digital camera model #24282 and we got it to work one time. After that, when it is unplugged from the computer, it acts like the battery is dead and won't even come on. The red/green light doesn't even light up. I thought the lithium battery would last longer than 2 days. Any thoughts?

same here i got it in x-mas, mine was a thin black one, so i was sohappy ready to plug it in and take some pictures but mycomputer posted: NO CAMERA DETECTED!!!soi went back to radio shack and got me another one and brought it home and it did the same thing i was super mas im holding it right know. i had one before from wal-mart but it was a blue pen-came and it worked fine but i lost it and it was a photag justlike the one im holding. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the camera also but when it says select a camera dfronm the pull down menu it dosen'r have nothing there. So i went to the website that makes this camera and download the driver and installed it when i did that my computer say "no photos in camera" what i'm i supposed to becuase i need this camera installed a.s.a.p.

J-dirty, i don't think the site you provided works, it shows up as a spyware. So people, don't go to that sakar site and download the driver installation. Did it work for anyone else? it certainly didnt work for me. after trying to install it, my computer tells me that it's a spyware called MSNchatsniffer. Anybody else going to give it another try for the 24280 VGA Micro Digital Camera (Digital COncept)? Tell me if anybody got it working? there was no driver installation included with the camera, and it dam well seems more like a scam. Maybe i'm wrong, maybe it's worked for others. ANymore solutions?

I have the 24282 model, and my when I plug it in, It won't even detect the webcam. HELP!!! On Sakar's website, all they have is the driver for the 24280 Model, not the 24282.

Yeah, i recently got a brand new hard drive in my lap top, everything was swiped out, i've tried going through the sakar international website but i get a service error.

So basically the bottom line is...DONT BUY THIS PIECE OF SHIT!!! it is a crappy way to spend $20. i bought the camera almost a year ago and have never got it to work. as soon as i take it off of the computer from charging it acts like it is completely dead. i cant even get it to turn on. i heard that it only works with windows wich pissed me off. you would think that they would tell you this but no. i have an apple so maybe thats my problem, i just like technology that works too much! just a word of advice...if you have it, throw it away and dont waste your time!

well.. i couldn upload the driver, but dont worry, there's a program used for this kind of situations, its called "SpliCam" try it and the camera will work, not with it's original driver of course, but it can let you see the camerain the pc ^^
