problem downloading pics from 73379/75379

need help i get a driver open fail when i try to download pics.,model 73379 or 75379
in the name of the alarm box it says MARSCAMV ???

I can download pictures from my camera & the internet, print & use my scanner with no problem, but I get the MarsCamv error message whether Im using those functions or not. It keeps telling me that the library didnt load and to re-install the driver. Does ANYBODY have a clue as to what driver its talking about? I've re-installed everything!

i have gotten the same message and i dont know why it does this but i wanted to download my picture onto the camera and i need help because it wont let me do this.
