stuck in MSDC Mode
I've just bought the Sakar 34291 video camera. After downloading a movie to our iMac the camera is now stuck on MSDC mode. I've removed the batteries, removed the memory card, but still I can't revert to regular picture mode. I've just spent 30 minutes with Sakar's tech support folks and while nice folks, they could only tell me to return the camera for exchange. Surely there is a fix for this?
