Canon Digital Rebel price drop?

I have the SLR Canon Rebel and am considering getting into the digital market. I am considering the Canon Digital that is compatable with my SLR lenses. Any advise - I'm seeing large volumns of these cameras on E-bay - and I do know the rebate canon offers is only through 1/31/05. Is the price about to drop - should I wait? Any advise would be most appreciated

Canon's rebate is a good deal. Especially if you happen to need lenses. Canon's stackable offers are generally very rare, once a year at the most. And usually only applicable to one model.
