I got sand in this camera, and I'm trying to disassemble it to get the sand out. I'm trying to remove the casing, and three of the four corners slide out just fine, but the corner by the flash won't budge, like there's a screw in place, and there's no external screw visible. Does anyone know how to take this model apart?

You just need to wiggle the two plastic covers by hand & it will separate by it self. The brackets are just above the flash, that is why you encounter this problems.

Old post I know, but I want to conform what Blastoise said. Admittedly a tiny (1x1mm) plastic piece was found along with everything else, so perhaps I removed it a bit forcefully, but nothing looks worse for the wear. After I clean this it should go back together just fine.
