Dropped Canon Camera in a Lake

Well I Went To A Lake And I Droped My Camara In A Lake Its A Canon And I Put It In A Bag Of Rice And 5 Days Later It Turned On Had An Error Code E18 But I Fixed That Try To Turn It On With A S.D. Card And It Says Its Locked I Put Tape Over The Lock Thing And It Still Says Its Locked What Do I Do Send Me A Message If U Know Wht To Do Next :'( Hope It Works Oh But I Was Playing With The Lock Thing But I Tryed Diffrent Card And It Still Does It....:'(.......?????? Wht To Do
