Hi just got lens spots on my camera. I am traveling in malyasia and I guess walking from aircon room to a humid outdoors caused some condensation inside the lens. So now I have spots in my shots any idea how to get clean this up. No camera repair store in khota baru and I am thinking not until I get to kuala Lumpor which is not for three days and a lot of photos later. I have a cloth for lens cleaning and I have wiped the outside but when I look closely it is obiously two spots on the in side. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

The best cure for condensation is to leave it sitting in a dry place for several hours to several days, depending on the condensation. But eventually, it'll evaporate.
Since you are on a trip, you might have to pick up a secondary camera to keep shooting.
When we used to shoot film, we'd take all of the film cartridges out of their cannisters to save space and to allow easy airport inspection. But the purpose of the cannister is to prevent condensation within the film cartridges (condensation occurs on the canister). Without the cannisters the film cartridges are prone to condensate. So we put all of the film cartridges into a clear plastic bag. This not only solves the condensation problem, but also allow visual inspection.
The trick is when moving from a dry cool area to a hot humid area, is to wait for the temperature within the container (the bag) to match the temperate of the hot humid area. Thus, condensation occurs on the container. You might try this trick with your camera gears. It does mean that you won't be able to shoot right away, but it's better than waiting hours for condensation to dry up.
I'll add some condensation links in "Related Links" below to help us get a better grasp of the condition.
By the way, thanks for reminding me about condensation in Malaysia. I will be traveling there in the future.
