error 99 on canon 20D

I am getting this error 99 in my canon 20D.
When I refer to the manual, it will tell me to remove the battery and put it back again. The error will be gone and later on will occur again.

Is there any Canon address (repair shop) that I can send this back to be repair.

Thank you in advance.

I would send it to Canon Service Center for repair. You can find the closest regional Canon Service Center on the Canon web site. You can also submit and track your repair directly through the web site.

Start by cleaning the lens contacts on both the lens and the camera with a cotton swab and a little alcohol, and make sure that the lens you are using is not an older Sigma brand, they are not fully compatible (sometimes not compatible at all).
