Cleaning Point and Shoot Lens

Coming from a chemistry researcher background, there's something called Kim-Wipes that works great.

Not sure where to get it outside of a lab environment though...but again, it's what I use for my glasses and any other glass surface.

Toilet and tissue papers can leave scratches over time and leave bits and pieces of itself on the surface if you're not careful.
