blurry pics with web cam

can someone please help my webcam is screwing up.the pic is getting ver blury.please send a solutin if u can please.your help is very much apreciated.

Webcam focus is adjusted by rotating the front lens element. Try rotating it until you get a clear picture.

i just got a Labtec web cam from kmart. when i take the pics they come out blury,how can i get it clear?
