Polaroid A500 has no sound in video

I have a polaroid a500 and it can record video but during playback it never has any sound.... also i have no idea on how to upload videos to my comp ...pics i know but videos ... so lost

Your A500 has a SD Card slot. Buy a SD Card and a SD Card reader. Store the videos on the SD Card and you can read the on your computer with the SD Card reader.

There is no speaker on the device...hence why there is no sound.
