Sakar Digital Camera #93085 Software Problem

I have recently bought a sakar digital camera #93085 and have loaded all the info but when i go to load the pictures I get a pop up that says this "the HP device could not be initialized because it was not found. Make sure that the divice's power cord and cable are porperly attached and plugged in. Refer to HP service and support on the web for more help with this error. The scanning software migth be installed improperly, or there might be a device conflict." I have tried restarting the computer a few times and nothing is working can you help me?
