What do you do if you drop the cameras on the floor and it doesn't come back on.

I don't think there is really anything you can do. It's probably broken. Take the batteries out and put them back in. You can try playing with the buttons a little bit and see if you can jar whatever loose back into place. But if it still won't turn back on, then you'll probably have to get a new digital camera.
