software for 75379

i bought a digital concepts digital camera for dummies. its a 3 in 1 camera i guessing it can also be a web cam or video recorder i think but i dont have cd or software for this device and when plugging it into my computer it reads as a USB 1.1 device. i am in need of the driver and/or software model number 75379
