Help! I have an old Sony DCR-TRV27 video camera. I have a desktop with Windows Vista. I am alos very technically illiterate but trying to post a video for my daughter. The video software for the VCR is not compatible with Windows Vista. What can I use to download the video from my videocamera to the computer? I have a cable that has a black A/V connector into the videocamera and then 3 prongs (white, yellow and red) to connect to our computer. When I search on our installed programs on the computer, it says Windows is searching for muveeapp.exe but it and I cannot find it. In googling, I read that there were problems with that app. Please help me with what can I download to be able to get the video onto our computer. Thanks!
Cherie
