Cyber-shot Viewer import image problem

i went to the cyber shot viewer i opened the file and selected IMPORT IMAGED and then i know everythin but in the drive section it says" cannot finad any media to import images" i installed the cyber shot viewer already
i know everythin but the drive section? i need help? please help me as soon as possible.
