Evening all
I've got an old dsc-s500 that's stopped working for no apparent reason. It begins to turn on as normal, the lens pops out as normal, but then the lens goes straight back in and the camera immediately shuts down. I don't get far enough to see any sort of error code.
I thought the most logical place to start would be a reset... I've searched the camera and there doesn't appear to be anything to poke with a pencil, and i also can't find anything on the sony website.
I'm loathe to spend money on getting it sorted because its really nothing special, i was just wondering if anyone knows how to manually reset it, or has any other suggestions?
Cheers!
Matt
