Error message

i've been reading about all these error messages. this must be a very popular thing, because i have the exact same issue with my dsc t 200. i notice the first error mesg E:62:11 (the biggest i notice was that it was turn on VERY SLOW and it was change from viewing mode to shooting mode very slow). so i tap it like everyone else. it went away so i kept checking to see if something else was wrong. so i took some pictures and when i went to viewing mode... the picture had already ROTATED 45 degrees. each and every picture was that way. so i tapped it again and it went back to normal. but now... i'm showing code E:62:20. what i'm wondering is... can someone get the "E code" book and list what each codes means? :) thx.
