File Access Error Recovey?

Took some pics on my DSC-T20 recently but noticed during the day that I had a File Access error on them. Change the Resolution from 8Mb to 5Mb and started working again. Problem now is I can't recover the pics with access error, have tried nearly every possible file recovery S/ware(even Sony's). There's physically 2Mb of something in the file. Does anyone know of a way to read this corupted file in any form. Help.....
