Long starting up/ reversed pictures/ E62:12

Hi guys
I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-W80. Few days ago in a plane my camera fall down and then the problems started.
1. When I turn it on it takes around 10 sec to start - it used to be like 3 sec.
2. When I take vertical picture it turnes it upside down (after taking, during shooting the view is OK)
3. There is sometimes E62:12 displayed.

Any help with above highly appreciated
