Sony Alpha a230 Firmware Hack

Hello,

I have Sony alpha a230 dslr camera and it's firmware is in Japanese language only.
I want to convert it into English language but I don't know how to do it.
Please help

It's regarding the alpha 100, but probably is the same issue.
