Sony DSC -WX7 No Longer Powers Up

I have this SONY DSC -WX7 digital camera, when i was charging, and pressing the screen menu, the camera suddenly shut off with the front lens OUT And OPEN, how to solve it?
Now pressing ON/OFF have NO Power at all... the lens is still open and OUT
