I recently purchased a Sony a300 SLR. It is an extremely functional camera and I was excited by the prospect of using my dad's old Minolta lenses on a new digital SLR.
One thing I did notice is that the camera only offers six ISO settings: 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, and 3200.
I was wondering if there is a way to change the firmware to support the inbetween ISOs (i.e. 50, 300, 500, 600) as I am really interested in testing the 300 and 500.
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know, as I am itching to tweak my new camera!
