Hi everyone,
I would really appreciate anyone's help, I have spent hours trying to figure it out, thanks.
I have DSC-90 Sony Digital Cam and my new laptop (HP Pavillion 5000) is not recognizing the USB Drivers supplied by Sony wich is suppose to work in an xp OS. I have downloaded other USB Sony Drivers that say will work in an xp environment and same result. After I intall the driver it give me an memory dump errot when I try to shut down the laptop, and the system does not recognnize the camera when I plub it into any of my USB connectors. Getting a memory card reader is an option I would like to avoid if possible, thanks for any suggestions.
