USB Streaming Problem with Roxio Media Import

I use USB streaming via Roxio Media Import but I can't get video/audio file. I can record ONLY video without sound/audio or I can record only Audio without video.. I need help, write me to email please if you know the answer. It's a bit stupid to record 2 diffrent files, one video and another audio of the same recorded material...
