sony dsc f717 (format error)

my screen on my sony dsc f717 shows format error with the code c:13:01 can anyone tellmehow tocorrect this as i dont have the manual forthis camera

My sony cyber shot camera keeps giving me a "format error". I have used this disk before and am just getting that message. I need to use my camera in a few hours and am desperate. Please help me solve this problem.
