How to Use Vivitar Mini Digital Camera

well i got it at walmart for 19 bucks (total rip off) well anyways i cant figure out how to use it and the resolution SUXS! i need help please how do i make it clearer

That is an extremely low resolution camera. If it is not acceptable, then you should get a better camera.
