Photos Locked in Vivitar Mini Digital Camera

I have this camera, and my pictures are locked inside (I hope). I have been trying since last June 2008 to find someone who will/can download my photos. None of the photo stores will download the pics because you have to add the software and driver first.
If anyone knows of a store/photo shop/whatever that is located in Maryland and will download my photos, PLEASE let me know.
I do not have a pc of my own.
