mini didital cam

I downloaded the CD rom driver for the mini cam 3 times deleting the previous copy and got a message that an "OPEN DRIVER" will not alow the program to function. the computer is a dual porcessor running XP Media.Any ideas obviously need drivers for this machine where can I get them ? Thank you !
