I would very much like to be able to use an Alpa Macro Switar 50mm 1,8 on a Nikon body.
Is that possible ?

No - the Alpa body had a much shorter lens to film registration distance - 37.mm compared to 46.5mm. That means that the Nikkor lens would not be close enough to the sensor and any adapter would have to have a negative glass element in it, ruining the optical performance. You can only go the other way around and an adapter is available for Nikon F to an Alpa body - usually for a little under $300! Most people now put Switars on mirrorless bodies.
