Nikon AF-D lens pinout

Does anyone know what the pinout and signals are for controlling a Nikon AF-D series lens? I am looking to do computerized focusing of a macro 60 AF-D lens (into a scientific digital camera), and it would be great to be able to use the lens's motorized focus via the 5 pins on the bayonet.

But what signals are present? Is this documented anywhere?

Thanks for any info/directions/light people can provide on this!

the 60mm AFD is focussed mechanically (screwdriver-type connection)

only nikon AF-S lenses have a built in motor (Silent-Wave-Motor)
