Nikon ProStaff 3-9x40 Riflescope $50 Rebate Overdue

I bought a Pro-Staff 3x9-40 riflescope and my $50 rebate is about 6 weeks overdue. If they don't send me a check soon I'm definitley in for a class action suit. The rebate is the only reason I went with nikon. I could have bought a Leupold (and probably will from now on) for the same money without the rebate.
