Anyone had problems getting the canon sdk?

Anyone had problems getting the canon SDK? We've applied four times and have had no result from them.

There is absolutely no response from the cannon people.
their local representative here in india do not even know what an SDK is
i have explained to them numerous time, given requests, talked to verious
peoples in their firms. still zilch. nothing. Seems cannon is not intrested
in people using their sdk.
I am using Olympus SDK at the moment and have consumed around 100 cameras in the
last 3 months but seems cannon does not want my business.
