how to remove lock code from memory card?

I PUT A LOCK CODE ON THE MEMORY CARD AND NOW I CANT REMEMBER IT WHAT DO I DO

look i have a micro SD memory card for my nokia phone. and i thought someone could help me. i never put a password on it and when i swapped phones it asked for a password. I can access it from my old phone but cant change the password and it wont unlock on my new phone as i obviously dont no the password. Is there any way of unlocking it without knowing the actual password. I no it must sound stupid but i can't afford to buy a new one for various reasons but really need to access whats on it.

hi..

I have nokia 5610. I pop up with message my memory card locked. please enter the password.

please note that I had never put password for memory card.

please help.
