Thank you for pointing out an omission. The original list was missing the value 1.2. The numbers in the original list is based on Canon EOS camera read-outs. I will update the article to reflect that.
The list you posted is also incorrect. You showed full stops in the first few increments than changed to 1/2 stop increments. Based on the calculation show at the f Number Arithmetic web site, the actual full stop increment is as follows:
01.00 01.41 02.00 02.83 04.00 05.66 08.00 11.31 16.00 22.63 32.00
The actual math to calculate the above is
f-stop = sqrt(2)^x
where x is the increment
I will post the actual math to calculate 1/2 stop and 1/3 stop when I figure it out.
