After filling out the form, it let me select the print version as well. And it asked for my mailing address. So maybe I will get a print version after all!

Nope. I've gotten three digital issues and haven't gotten any print issues. That's too bad, because I haven't been able to read any of the digital issues since I run Linux! :-(
