Sony DCR-HC26E with E:61:11 Error

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY HANDYCAM MODEL (sony handycam dcr-hc26e) IT SHOWS A E:61:11 ERROR ,

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM I GET NO IMAGE ON THE DISPLAY

Me too, have this error with no image on the display. I have seen that the apparent solution to the E:61:10 error is to whack the lens barrel to get the lens moving again but not so sure what the E:61:11 error is. Any help would be appreciated.

I have sony hdrhc7. Recently after getting water splash, I am getting the same error. Don't know what to do. any suggestion.
