Jan 18, 2015 · Same problem on my HX400v. I found an easier way to fix it - when starting the camera extend the zoom immediately and the error doesn't appear.

Have a sony hx9v. Getting error code 91.01. No resets have worked for me but have a work around. Just hold your finger over the flash and do not let it pop up.
