How do you replace the backup battery in the Model 720. I took out the big flat battery in the back, but see no way to get to the backup battery, which is having problems. I have lost everything I had on it already. So I have nothing to lose to take the thing apart to find this backup battery.
Please advise if you are able.

On the deviced, at programms you have FSC Backup. Put an 2GB SD card on it and backup there regulary.
I have the same problem.
I need to sent him to Fujitsu representant, because they have to dissasemble and replace it.
In Romania costs around 40 euros with shippment and service handling - 15 euros for the accumulator itself.

If there are skills in soldering small parts you can replace the backup accumulator by
the V20HR-LF-Z2 (order: http://www.abcde.de/v20h-lf-z2-s.htm, Eur 7,95 EU-Shippment)
Thank you for attention.

Do you have any idea how to gently open the LOOX to access the backup battery? I would solder the new one myself (if still available from Hans), but don't like using excessive force to open the unit...
