Memory Card Locked on Nokia n95

My 1 GB micro sd card is suddenly shown by my nokia n 95 phone that it is locked and I don't know the password and the card is not found by pc through memory card reader. I wanna back my memories on the card. Plz Plz help me.

I tried the above method but there was no such file....what should I do???Plez help...
