The camera pics are blurry. After I press the shutter button, it goes from clear to blurry and then takes the pics.

did you remove the plastic off the lense? You can also try holding the shutter button until it takes the picture.

I haven't used the phone, nor the camera much. But when I used it, it shot really sharp photos. But I don't use default mode, before I shoot any photo, I always change the settings to what suits me.
I remember while changing the setting that the Auto-Focus mode defaults to something like "normal", whereas there is a mode called something like "always". I set it to that. I recall thinking that the "normal" mode is like a webcam mode, where it's fixed focus, rather than auto-focus. Try that.

For some reason this happens only when you have auto focus on or normal, what worked for me was turning focus off, hopefully this works for all you Motorola Triumph users!.
