Transfer Photos to PC with LG 410G

i have cell phone, lg410g, i have micro usb cable
gigaware # 2601710.
i plug cable into my xp pc and plug into my cell
phone. my pc said i need download to transfer
my pictures. i am very nerd and very slow.
please advise. thank you most kindly.
