A95 - disabling the auto focus

I use the A95 on a surgical operating microscope to take photos during dental procedures. The A95 is triggered through PSRemote - Breeze's remote triggering software. However, the software doesn't allow for the disabling of the auto-focus - so often, the camera is trying to focus, when the subject, through the scope is already in focus. I'd like to be able to set the focus on infinity - and leave it there. Thanks. This is my first post here, so if I seem a bit naive.
